Ginamarie Melia

Gina is a dedicated and driven legal professional from Stamford, Connecticut, with a strong academic foundation and a clear passion for justice. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tampa, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy.

At college, Gina was recognized for her academic excellence through membership in prestigious societies, including The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Tri-Alpha First Generation National Honor Society, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Her path to the legal profession was shaped by transformative internships at the Stamford Probate Court and the Clerk’s Office GA1 (Criminal Division), where she discovered her passion for the legal field.

Gina’s journey has been marked by resilience and purpose. From working as a lifeguard in her first job to graduating from college far from home, she has consistently demonstrated independence and tenacity.

She believes joining Wocl Leydon as a Legal Assistant will mark an exciting new chapter in her legal career, allowing her to turn her passion for justice into practical, client-centered work.

Outside of her professional and academic life, Gina enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is known among her peers for being honest, loyal, and grounded. With aspirations that include traveling to Greece and making meaningful contributions in the legal field, Gina continues to pursue her goals with clarity and heart.
