Erin Porricelli

Erin Porricelli has been a valued member of Wocl Leydon for ten years. She serves as a legal assistant on the medical malpractice team, where she supports the firm’s attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, including product liability and medical negligence cases. Her inquisitive nature, strong research skills, and talent for analytical writing make her an exceptional fit for the demanding and detail-oriented work involved in medical malpractice litigation.

Erin often reflects on how naturally her strengths aligned with the legal field once she joined the firm. “I didn’t put those activities together with this kind of work in the legal field until I started working here,” she says. “And then, I realized how well the profession aligns with the type of work I like to do.”

What Erin values most is the combination of meaningful work and a supportive environment. “I love what I do because I get to come into an office full of genuinely good people and do work that I not only enjoy but also has a meaningful impact on people’s lives.”

For Erin, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is the opportunity to use her skills to help clients every day. She appreciates the culture at Wocl Leydon, adding, “There’s an old piece of relationship advice that goes something like, ‘Don’t look at how they treat you; look at how they treat service workers because that will show their true character.’ I think that Wocl Leydon’s wonderful treatment of the staff shows how much the firm values and cares about every person they work with.”
